This evening I had the pleasure of having dinner at the restaurant mentioned in the company of friends. Despite my residence in Brescia, I go to this place once or twice a year, testifying to its quality and attractiveness. My choice was oriented towards the raw fish and the red mullet dish, both prepared with skill and refined taste. I also had the privilege of tasting my companions' dishes, all characterized by an indisputable delicacy. The conclusion of the dinner lived up to expectations, with a dessert that conquered the palate. Truly elegant location, attentive and precise service, excellent quality raw materials treated with care. I ate good, plentiful and varied raw meat, a soup without bones worthy of a slipper. The prawn tails and the beautiful and delicious flat paccheri.
If I can make a small note which is only to push us to do better and better, I found the wine list a bit narrow, in my opinion you could be much more daring with the quality of what you serve.
Well done indeed, it's been a while since I ate such well-executed fish.

A magnificent Boxing Day lunch. Guests of our dear friends, we discovered this fantastic restaurant. We were a nice company and a wonderful room was reserved for us. Elegant location and excellent service, we felt pampered and the courses arrived one after the other with perfect timing. Really tasty dishes, fish treated with skill: the Catalan one in particular is fabulous. Even our 5 year old daughter loved everything, especially the turbot. The selection of desserts is also great.
